Dragon in Shrek The Musical (2021)
“Maisey” is thrilled to be back on stage and especially happy to return to SRT where she performed in Cinderella and Beehive! Michele originated the role of “Justice Charlier” in the LA Workshop of Rock of Ages and subsequently on Broadway for four years. Other Broadway productions include Zoot Suit and Hal Prince’s Roza. She’s traveled nationally and internationally with Godspell, One Mo’ Time and Menopause, the Musical. In 2014 Michele became a member of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival’s Acting Company and remained so for seven seasons. Favorite credits include the premiere of The Go-Go’s Head Over Heels (The Oracle), Henry IV and V (Mistress Quickly), A Wrinkle in Time (Mrs. Who), The Wiz (Addaperle), and MacBeth (Lady MacDuff/Hecate). Michele is a 1999 recipient of the Los Angeles Drama Critic’s Circle Award for The Last Session.
