Fees & Upgrades
Sierra Rep charges fees to help offset the cost of delivering a magical theatrical experience to you, our audiences. your handling and exchange fees help cover the costs of our website, our ticketing software, printing your tickets, and maintaining our venues.
HANDLING FEES
$6 per ticket for all single ticket purchases made online or over the phone; $5 for all subscription packages purchased.
EXCHANGE FEES
Single ticket exchange fee: $10 per ticket for any exchanges made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance. Subscriber exchange fee: As a benefit to our subscribers, all SRT subscribers can make unlimited ticket exchanges without incurring a fee. UPGRADE CHARGES
Upgrade charges will be incurred when tickets are exchanged for a performance that is more expensive than the original cost of the ticket or subscription package being exchanged.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made in person, by email, or over the phone. The exchange must be completed at least 48 hours in advance of the show date being returned. The exchange also has to be made within the same producing company and season of the original tickets purchased.
REFUNDS
Sierra Repertory Theatre has a “no refund” policy. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. There are no refunds unless an event is cancelled and not replaced. No refunds or credits will be offered on previously purchased tickets if a promotional price is offered at a later date.
